Yellowsword was in Coolant's area, and fought most of Damage's henchmen goons. Yellowsword and Coolant got out of that area when it looked like Trouble was gonna hit them. The two wandered until Wrongway seen them, and brought them back to his Autobots' base. After the other Autobots stopped laying low, they used Alonia to fight off Bruticus and the other Decepticons.
